Joris Voorn came via high endorsement by a couple of ghettomuzakjunkieeez we know – Norman C & Ren The Man – and we were not disappointed at all. Joris Voorn is hands-down on top of the game and his brand of techno is 100% spot-on bo beh chow.
A Thousand Lost Souls gets the chop of approval with it’s simplistic yet outstanding taste in the way-out sound and absolute control of the groove, the progression.. the vibe. Ten gun salute! Other tracks on this album like ‘Revelation’, ‘The Deep’, ‘No Revolution’ are also damn shiok and worth checkin’ out.
The recommendation came at a good time as well, cos it gave us much inspiration to stay focused on our 4D results. The luck over the past few months at the HOT-4-U camp has not been very good in the 4D department and it’s during times like these, you realise how much a track like A Thousand Lost Souls can give you the power to huat and keep that 1st Prize dream alive.
So, if you feel like you need the inspiration to tiok big, please proceed to the nearest online shop and whack this record. The rave vibe will definately keep you groovy while you wait in the 4D queue.
